Returns

If there is a problem with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), you are covered by a "money back" guarantee 30 days after purchase. We are happy to assist you in reviewing the case and if it is approved we will send a replacement. Please do not return anything until we have reviewed the case, our customer service team will review the request and send further instructions. Our store reserves the right to refuse any return request.

You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are not satisfied with one of the products, please contact us and we will take it back. We are here to ensure your 100% satisfaction.

Refunds/Exchanges

We are very confident that you will not return your bag.

But in the event that you decide to return your purchase.

We do not charge any restocking fees. You are only responsible to return the bag and box to us.

You have 30 days to return your purchase from the date you receive it. Please contact us for an RMA number and return address.

Please do not remove any plastic from the bag or the refund will be refused and voided.

 

As long as the bag is returned in its original condition you will receive a refund within 7-10 working days after we receive your package.
